We are so convinced you will be delighted with your choice of Sunnpro collectors, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, just send it back in its original condition and packaging for a full refund.
Returned collectors must be returned with in 14 days or receipt in their original new condition and in the original packaging. The refund is minus shipping costs and customers must return at there own cost. Products returned in any thing less then the new condition is which you received them will not be entitled to a refund.

Delivery Information

ALL SHIPPING IS DONE AT COST
For the security of the solar collector tubes, all solar collectors are delivered on Euro / Standard pallets. All collectors are boxed for transport and easy to assemble. Because we deliver on pallets we can securly deliver via the Palletized network to the UK, Ireland Eire, Wales, Scotland, France and Europe.

It is vitally important that all shipments received by our customers are checked for transit damage prior to signing for the consignment.
This is particularly important for pallet shipments containing fragile parts and solar collectors. Once you have signed for the shipment as received in good condition, Solar Shop Europe Ltd can not make any insurance claims on your behalf for products which have been damaged in transit.
Each carton containing solar vacuum tubes is opened in our UK warehouse for quality control, to ensure damaged or broken tubes are not sent to our customers. Solar Shop Europe Ltd take every effort to secure these products by only shipping on pallets.
It is the responsibility of the receiving customer to check for transit damage and if necessary sign for the consignment clearly writing on the delivery document that the shipment has arrived damaged, with a description of the problem.
This transit damage must then be reported to Solar Shop Europe Ltd with in 24 hours. If the delivery document is not signed as damaged or the transit damage is not reported in this 24 hour period Solar Shop Europe Ltd will not accept any claim for transit damaged product.


You can select your delivery area at the check out to find the cost of shipment to your delivery address, this is done by selecting your delivery post town in the drop down box.

If you are buying Solar Collectors please select Pallet Solar Collector (normally all other parts you buy can also fit on to this pallet). Because solar collectors are larger than normal euro pallets we have to account for two pallet spaces.

All other parts can be shipped separately if required by Parcel Shipment.

Products are also available for collection from our logistics centre in Thame, Oxfordshire.

This service is provided to our customers free of charge.

Pricing

The trading currency of The Solar Shop is GBP £. We also show equivalent € Euro prices as a guide only.
When you complete your transaction with a credit/debit card, your transaction will be completed in GBP £. It will then be converted to your currency by your credit/debit card company, using the daily rate as published by your credit/debit card provider. These rates are normally close to the exchange spot rate which we track and update on a daily basis for our customers.
