 Solar Heating Kits for Swimming Pools.
The most efficient way to get additional use from your pool is to heat it by the sun.
We have created regional kits, which have been designed for in ground pools.
There are very many variables involved with heating swimming pools.
Our kits assume you have a cover installed when the pool is not in use to stop evaporation. 90% of heat losses in pools are as a result of evaporation.
These kits have been sized on a regional basis and include all the necessary parts for a successful installtion
Bearing in mind there are many variables involved, We have sized these kits to give you an average 11ºC increase in pool temperature over the non heated pool temperature during April.
Connection to your swimming pool is via an efficient shell & tube heat exchanger that can be used on both chlorinated and salt water pools.
It is not possible to pass chlorinated or salt water directly through the solar collectors, so connection via a special heat exchanger is necessary.
