Silicone Protection Tape
Silicone Protection Tape
Used to cover and protect external insulation.
This black silicone tape is NOT effected by UV light and adds a protective layer to external insulation. The special silicone compound will only bond to itself, requiring no messy glue compounds that could be damaging to high temperature insulation.
The tape is applied by over lapping the joint which then forms an impervious barrier and protects the insulation from both the elements and bird attack.
Because this tape is manufactured from a silicone compound, it can come into contact with hot surfaces like the solar collector.

Solar Shop Europe Ltd sell in GBP (£). If you use a non UK credit / debit card, your payment will be transferred in to GBP (£) at the current rate used by you credit / debit card supplier. We continually update the exchange rate in our system, to maintain an accurate pricing picture for our customers. We accept all major credit & debit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received and are processing your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Cooling Off Period Returns within 14 days. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have the option to return it to us with packaging in an "as new" condition within 14 days of the date of receipt, for a full refund excluding shipping costs. The purchaser must pay for the full costs of returning the products. Installations Solar Shop Europe Ltd sell vented and un-vented solar water heating system kits and components. These systems should be installed by professional installers with the relevant qualifications for installations. These systems are under pressure and can become extreamly hot. Incorrect installation can be dangerous and Solar Shop Europe Ltd will accept absolutely no responsibility for the installed system. It is necessary under G3 building regulations for Un-vented cylinders to be installed by a competent person with the relevant qualification. The buyer is fully responsible for notifying building control regarding your installation and you are also fully responsible for complying with building regulations and water regulations. Please contact your local planning office to enquire about your specific requirements for installation. |
| Shipping And Handling Shipping from THE SOLAR SHOP logisitic centre. Solar Shop Europe Ltd C/O Interoute Rycote Lane Thame Oxfordshire OX9 2JB UK By prior arrangement, it is possible to collect your product direct from the Logistic Centre. Please contact us for further information. It is vitally important that all shipments received by our customers are checked for transit damage prior to signing for the consignment. This is particularly important for pallet shipments containing fragile parts and solar collectors. Once you have signed for the shipment as received in good condition, Solar Shop Europe Ltd can not make any insurance claims on your behalf for products which have been damaged in transit. Each carton containing solar vacuum tubes is opened in our UK warehouse for quality control, to ensure damaged or broken tubes are not sent to our customers. Solar Shop Europe Ltd take every effort to secure these products by only shipping on pallets. It is the responsibility of the receiving customer to check for transit damage and if necessary sign for the consignment clearly writing on the delivery document that the shipment has arrived damaged, with a description of the problem. This transit damage must then be reported to Solar Shop Europe Ltd with in 24 hours. If the delivery document is not signed as damaged or the transit damage is not reported in this 24 hour period Solar Shop Europe Ltd will not accept any claim for transit damaged product. |
| Delivery Schedule We normally dispatch your order the following working day. We will normally send your order via next day parcel or pallet delivery (2 to 3 days), depending on the product and stock availability . International orders are generally longer depending on shipping method. For urgent orders, please check stock and availability prior to ordering. We also offer a next day pre 10,00am service via parcel force for the UK. This service is subject to stock, availability and time of order. Please check prior to order. Cut off for next day shipments (subject to stock availability) is 12.00 mid-day. Any dates specified by Solar Shop Europe Ltd for delivery of the Goods are intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery of the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time. Subject to the other provisions of these Terms, Solar Shop Europe Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of the Goods nor will any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the Contract unless the delay exceeds 30 days. | Guarantee Warranties Solar Shop Europe Ltd warrants that the Goods are of satisfactory quality. All our products carry a minimum 1 year warranty (some products have a longer period of warranty, depending on the product and is listed in the product specification) Any product deemed to be faulty within this period can be returned to Solar Shop Europe Ltd for repair or replacement without charge. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason and you wish a refund, return the unit to us in it's original condition and in the original packaging within 14 days and we will refund you the original purchase price excluding carriage fees. All Goods returned to Solar Shop Europe Ltd for any reason must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization which can be obtained by contacting us. SunnPro Collectors No quibble money back guarantee We are convinced you will be delighted with your choice of Sunnpro collectors, if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, just send it back in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. Solar Shop Europe Ltd shall not be liable for any breach of warranty if the Buyer alters or repairs the Goods without the written agreement of Solar Shop Europe Ltd or uses the goods outside of their rated specifications.
